Can you bill my insurance?

We don’t bill insurance directly, but we can still help you use your benefits in two ways: through a superbill or paying only a co-pay with Thrizer.

We partner with Thrizer, who only charges you the co-pay and waits for reimbursement from your insurance later. Thrizer can also submit just the superbill on your behalf.

If you’re planning to use insurance, just let us know when you book your appointment. We’ll guide you through it.

Option 2: Thrizer (Pay only co-pay)

We partner with Thrizer, a secure platform that makes this process simple, automatic, and stress-free. You can choose to only pay the co-pay, or you can have Thrizer submit your superbills for you.

Verify benefits instantly (how much insurance will cover for out-of-network sessions).
Submit and confirm claims electronically in real time.
Advance the payment to the provider while Thrizer waits for reimbursement from the insurance company.

In other words, Thrizer takes on the insurance wait time risk because it can confirm that claim eligibility and payment are guaranteed electronically.

Option 1: Superbill

If your insurance plan includes out-of-network (PPO) mental health coverage, we’ll give you a superbill after your appointment.

This is like a detailed receipt that you can send to your insurance company to ask for reimbursement. It includes everything they need—your provider’s info, your diagnosis, session details, and codes.
