Refund Policy

At Clarity Psychological Testing & Therapy, we are committed to providing professional, ethical, and high-quality psychological services. Please review our refund policy carefully before scheduling or purchasing any service.
 

No Refunds

All payments made to Clarity Psychological Testing & Therapy are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of psychological services, including therapy sessions, consultations, and psychological evaluations, we do not offer refunds once payment has been received. This policy applies to all services, including but not limited to:

  • Individual, couple, or family therapy sessions

  • Psychological testing and assessment services

  • Consultation and report preparation

  • Missed or late-canceled appointments

Once services have been rendered, or materials have been prepared for a psychological evaluation, payment cannot be refunded under any circumstance.
 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected events can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a late cancellation fee as stated in the practice’s policy.

  • No-shows or missed appointments will be billed in full.

Prepaid psychological evaluations or testing sessions are also non-refundable once testing materials have been ordered or the evaluation process has begun.
 

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of emergencies or unforeseen situations, Clarity Psychological Testing & Therapy may, at its sole discretion, offer the option to reschedule services rather than issue a refund. However, monetary refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
 

Acknowledgment

By scheduling an appointment or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No-Refund Policy.
